Our Assurance
When we receive your phone our technicians dismantle
and assess the damage.
We will not proceed with any repair until you give us authorisation.
It is only when we have spoken to you and you wish to proceed
that we will go ahead with the repair.
If in the unlikely event that our technicians are unable
to repair your phone or if you choose not to proceed, there
is a £10 dismantling fee which is non-refundable; this
fee is charged for the dismantling, assessment and re-assembly
of your phone.
